So here we are – New Years Eve, the LAST day of 2017. Every year always seems to “fly by” but this one seemed extra quick. Most likely because I was running around from wedding to wedding (with portraits and commercial shoots in the middle) from March-November. Don’t get me wrong, I loved every second of it!
We’re off today to shoot our VERY LAST wedding of 2017! Yep – we will be photographing and celebrating right through the last seconds of the year. AND we get to do it while celebrating the marriage of Courtney + Tom – one of my favorite couples I have had the pleasure to work with this year!
To kick off this day of happiness, I wanted to share a few of our favorite images from C + T’s engagement session back in (the warmth of) early fall. We met in Spencer, MA at Zuka’s Hilltop Barn (which is actually their wedding venue). There could not be a more perfect spot to photograph! Rolling hills of farmland, fields, a cute little greenhouse next to a garden, woods, a pond, a gorgeous pergola, fences, broken down truck…and views for days. There is so much natural variety and it is just simply a stunning piece of land. Anyone who decides to have their wedding here definitely made the right decision! :)
