I almost did this post on Saturday, but held off because I didn’t have the heart to send these precious photos out into the world on Halloween ;) Meet Sophie! This little beauty is the new daughter to my very first best gal pal Cathy and her husband Matt. I always say that my favorite part about being a portrait/wedding photographer is that I have the ability to capture & share so many life milestones with old & new friends – and this is definitely the case here. I haven’t seen Cathy since her wedding so it was a lot of fun to hang out & catch up. Plus, I couldn’t help but relate dressing Sophie up in the hair bands and different fabrics to way back in the day when we spent hours playing with barbies (Cathy had a fierce collection). I’m so happy for these two and can’t wait to watch this lovely lady grow! Congrats Cathy & Matt!
