Alison + Roy: Scenic Fall Mountain Wedding at Cobb Hill Estate, Harrisville New Hampshire

As a New Englander, fall is by far my favorite season. Sure, there’s a little bit more traffic on the back roads due to leaf-peepers, but maybe it’s worth it to be forced to slow down and take in the beauty. I know it feels all sorts of wrong be talking about autumn foliage when all of the Northeast is daydreaming about summer (we just got our 4th nor’easter of the month!)…but stick with me guys, this wedding is drool worthy and SO worth it!

Ali + Roy’s October wedding in the New Hampshire mountains was the ABSOLUTE perfect place to showcase all of New England’s prime foliage beauty. They chose to have their celebration at Cobb Hill Estate, which sits on 750 private, secluded acres overlooking Mt. Monadnock. From the ceremony/reception site, we had views of 3 states (NH, VT, MA). It was absolutely breathtaking and definitely made you feel like you were on top of the world while celebrating this awesome couple.

Speaking of – can we touch on the fact literally ALL of these photos, Ali + Roy are bursting into laughter together? They are easily two of the funniest people (with the biggest personalities) that I have met..and they could not be more perfect for one another. As the co-Best Men touched on in their speech – Ali is the female version of Roy…or Roy is the male version of Ali? Either way, we’re all so happy they found each other and I was SO excited to be included in on their day.

Lastly – don’t miss the first dance…I knew Ali was a dance teacher, however I TOTALLY forgot about that detail until 2 seconds into their first dance, when she started leading Roy ALL over the dance floor and throwing down some serious moves. Tou-freakin’-ché, Ali!!
