Kaitlyn + John: Aldrich Mansion Nautical Wedding, Warwick Rhode Island

This post starts something that has needed to happen for a while – a biiiiig catch up on blogging 2018 weddings! Yikes…considering it’s now Feb of 2019. Oh well, once again – better late than never and I’m super stoked to start sharing the beautiful weddings I was so lucky to capture this past year.

First up, is Kaitlyn & John who were married last April at the ever-stunning Aldrich Mansion in Warwick, RI. They were my first couple of the year, and it was such a perfect start to the year! These two are so incredibly sweet, and you can tell they simply adore each other.

It was a cold day, but we didn’t let that affect us and you certainly can’t tell with all the smiles on everyone’s faces. The couple have a special connection to Newport as they have taken many fun long weekend trips there, so it was only fitting to do a nautical theme. Each of their tables were named after places they have traveled with special memories attached. Who doesn’t love that idea?! To top it off, Aldrich Mansion is such a unique place for a wedding, and every time I’m there I see new little details in the mansion and property that I fall in love with.
